5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

ash77 offers its members various types of bonuses. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the following terms:

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Another example: deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
• Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 — General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated in that promotion's description.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• In cases of bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, pattern betting, etc.), ash77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• ash77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets or playing games on ash77:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error produces an incorrect result, ash77 reserves the right to void that transaction.
• In sports betting, the records of ash77's data provider are considered final for determining results.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a lost internet connection or a technical issue, the outcome of that game will be determined according to the server's records.
• If a bug or vulnerability is identified in any ash77 software, the support team must be notified immediately — deliberately exploiting it will be treated as a prohibited activity.
• The rules and terms of betting markets may vary depending on the type of sport.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ash77 and may result in account cancellation and confiscation of funds:

• Fraud & Deception: using a false identity, operating another person's account, or using stolen payment information.
• Money Laundering: using this platform for the purpose of laundering illegally obtained funds.
• Software Exploitation: using bots, automation software, or any other technology to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Bonus Abuse: creating multiple accounts or placing coordinated group bets solely for the purpose of earning bonuses.
• Account Hacking: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Match Fixing: attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any event, or placing bets using insider information related to such manipulation.
• Illegal Activity: using this platform for any unlawful purpose.

8 Account Suspension & Cancellation

ash77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of violation of any provision of these Terms.
• In cases of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• In cases of failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or a request to close the account).

In the event of account cancellation, if the cancellation is not due to a violation, the verified balance will be returned. However, any amount earned from bonuses (where wagering requirements have not been met) will not be returned.
